CEO and Founder
Sriram has led the company since its inception in 1993. His passion for excellence and customer service ensures that Everest Consultants remains focused on client needs, quality performance, and continuous innovation. Sriram also drives the process and delivery capabilities for clients. Before launching Everest Consultants, Sriram served as the vice president of software development for a startup company. He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Andhra University in India. He then earned a master’s degree in marketing and finance, and a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Ranya brings strong organizational skills, a commitment to operational excellence, critical human-resource development and project- and resource-management skills to her role. Her leadership has resulted in solid growth and financial performance at Everest Consultants for more than 25 years. Ranya worked at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) before joining Everest Consultants. She received a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University.

Program Manager for Enterprise Services
Clark is responsible for delivering Everest’s outsourced project engagements. He brings over 25 years of computer industry experience encompassing hands on software engineering, QA and managing multi-site international remote teams. Clark has his BS in Computer Science and Economics from the Cornell University College of Engineering, as well as an MBA in International Finance. His background enables him to bridge the business to technical interface effectively and manage remote team communication to successfully deliver our projects.

Dave has placed qualified candidates in engineering and IT positions throughout the western United States since 1994, including 17 years with Everest Consultants. His goal: Exceed client needs with high-quality staffing solutions and placement services. Dave graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from San Jose State University.
