Engagement Models
Contract
The employee is hired temporarily for either a short-term or long-term period to augment a client’s existing team or to help with new projects.
Contract-to-Permanent
The employee is hired on a temporary basis, initially, with the intent to convert to a permanent role after a trial period (typically three to six months).
Direct Hire
Permanent or long-term opportunities with the client. Everest handles the recruiting process.
SOW-based Projects
Statement of Work with clearly defined deliverables/milestones and due dates for a fixed price or on a time and materials basis.
